Classes

Some classes now back to face to face, all other classes still running on Zoom.  Please contact me if you wish to book into any class or require any additional information about any classes, or you can book online through the Booking tab.
See below for my schedule of current classes. All classes are Gentle Hatha or Yin Yoga, suitable for all levels and all ages including beginners. All classes are small with individual attention, which means a very personal class.
All new students are required to fill in a health form in advance of class and most classes require payment in advance to confirm your place.

I am pleased to now be able to take contactless and card payments if you have not prepaid using the Booking System.

Cancellation Policy

Notice is required to  notice to change or cancel a booking, this can be done via the booking system, please refer to your booking email that allows you to make the necessary changes as you need.  If you are cancelling your booking less than 48hrs before, then the full price is charged.
